Opinion
Gen. No. 41,298. (Abstract of Decision.)
Opinion filed January 22, 1941 Rehearing denied February 5, 1941
MUNICIPAL CORPORATIONS, § 406 — notice of claim, sufficiency. Verdict for plaintiff was supported by the evidence, where it appeared that plaintiff caught her toe in a depression in the sidewalk and tripped, breaking her ankle, and notice to defendant city was not defective because it gave plaintiff's residence as 4527 Drake avenue, while plaintiff actually lived at 4529, but there was no intervening property between 4525 and 4529, and inquiry would have easily disclosed plaintiff's address.
