KATHRYN SCHRADER TANNER v. BRETT WALLACE

In Re: Brett Wallace, applying for supervisory writs, 22nd Judicial District Court, Parish of St. Tammany, No. 2014-10498.

BEFORE: PARRO, McDONALD AND CRAIN, JJ.

WRIT GRANTED IN PART AND DENIED IN PART; STAY DENIED. We grant the writ in part insofar as the trial court denied Brett Wallace's "Motion To Quash Witness Subpoena And For Protective Order" and further directed Mr. Wallace to facilitate the return of the minor child, A.W., to Louisiana no later than August 10, 2014, by delivering A.W. to the Guam International Airport. See La. R.S. 13:1822(B). A.W. is permitted to "...testify by telephone, audiovisual means, or other electronic means..." La. R.S. 13:1811. In all other respects, the writ is denied.
