Pursuant to the Court's July 24, 2024 Minute Order, granting Defendants United States of America, The United States Department of Justice, the Administrative Office of the United States Courts, the Honorable Cormac J. Carney (Ret.), the Honorable David O. Carter, and the Honorable Zachary N. Somers' (“Defendants”) Motion to Dismiss the Complaint filed by Plaintiff Simona Tanasescu (“Plaintiff”), IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that
1. Plaintiff's action is dismissed with prejudice for lack of subject matter jurisdiction and for failure to state a viable claim;
2. Plaintiff shall take nothing; and .... ....
3. Defendants shall recover their costs of suit.
