The Commissioner filed a motion for summary judgment (Doc. 11); and we ordered (see Doc. 13) petitioner Christine S. Tam to file a response. However, at Ms. Tam's request, the parties held a phone conference with the Court, during which Ms. Tam shared some information and raised questions. It is

ORDERED that our previous order (Doc. 13) is vacated. It is further

ORDERED that, no later than May 6, 2022, the Commissioner shall file a status report or another appropriate filing.
