On June 2, 2022, respondent filed a Motion to Close on Ground of Duplication with the case filed at Docket No. 11044-22. However, it appears that this case concerns the taxable year 2018, and the case at Docket No. 11044-22 concerns the taxable year 2019. Thus, this case is not duplicative of the other case.

ORDERED that respondent's motion is denied, without prejudice.
