We affirm so much of the judgment in Middlesex Superior Court Civil No. 88-1959 as denied specific performance and awarded the plaintiff restitution damages. We remand this matter to the Superior Court for recommittal to the master for further findings under G.L.c. 93A, § 2, consistent with this memorandum and order. The judgment in Middlesex Superior Court Civil No. 88-7600 is affirmed.
