DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION (Index No. 2016-1752.)

Motion to consolidate and to use full records in lieu of full briefing.

Cross motion to dismiss appeals for failure of prosecution.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the cross motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to consolidate is granted, without costs, to the extent that the appeals shall be heard together and may be perfected upon a joint brief, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion to use the full records in lieu of a full briefing is denied, without costs, and it is further

ORDERED that the appeals are dismissed, without costs, unless appellant shall file and serve a brief on or before August 29, 2018, in which event the cross motion to dismiss is denied. It is noted that no further extensions of time to perfect the appeals will be granted absent an unanticipated and extraordinary excuse for the delay.
