In the exercise of this Court's supervisory authority, the Appellate Court, First District, is directed to vacate its order in Tabirta v. Cummings, case No. 1-17-2891 (02/05/2018), denying the Rule 306(a)(4) petition for leave to appeal. The appellate court is directed to allow the petition for leave to appeal.
