Order granting defendant an examination of plaintiff unanimously modified by allowing, in addition to the items already allowed, items (6) and (7) and further providing that such disposition is without prejudice to an application by defendant, if necessary, to apply for further examination of plaintiff after service of plaintiff's bill of particulars which has been deferred until plaintiff has examined defendant and, as so modified, affirmed.


Order [granting in part plaintiff's motion for bill of particulars] affirmed.
