Respondent Ford Motor Company having moved for the admission pro hac vice of Eric J. Pelton, Esq., for purposes of the appeal taken herein from an order of Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Erie on March 7, 2016,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Linda H. Joseph, Esq., dated January 13, 2017, the affidavit of Eric J. Pelton, Esq., sworn to January 11, 2017, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, and Eric J. Pelton, Esq., is admitted pro hac vice for purposes of this appeal.
