DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered October 15, 2010. The notice of appeal was filed on January 6, 2011, and the appeal has not been perfected. By order to show cause dated May 24, 2013, the parties were directed to show cause before this court why the appeal should or should not be dismissed as abandoned by filing an affidavit or affirmation on that issue with the Clerk of this court on or before June 20, 2013.
Now, upon the order to show cause and no papers having been filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeal is dismissed.
