In re: Robert Daigle Dupre, applying for certiorari, or writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, Third Circuit, Parish of Evangeline.


Writ refused. On the facts found by the Court of Appeal, the result is correct.

DIXON, J., dissents. There seems to be a misapplication of the 4th requirement of "actio de in rem verso", that is, an absence of "justification" or "cause" for the "enrichment".
