MEMORANDUM OPINION


Appellant filed a notice of appeal with the trial court on January 21, 2003. By letter dated January 24. 2003, this Court directed appellant to pay te $125 filing fee for the appeal. The letter advised appellant that failure to pay the fee within ten days would result in dismissal of the appeal without further notice. By letter dated, January 24, 2003, the Court directed appellant to file its docketing statement within ten days or the Court may dismiss the appeal. The appellant has failed to pay the filing fee or file the docketing statement. Accordingly, the Court DISMISSES this appeal for want of prosecution and failure to obey a directive of the Court. Tex.R.App.P. 42.3(b) and (c).
