On January 7, 2022, this case was remanded to the Commissioner's Office of Appeals for further consideration. On April 29, 2022, the Commissioner filed a status report informing the Court that the Office of Appeals is in the process of "considering petitioners' challenge to their underlying liability." To keep the Court informed of the status of this case, it is
ORDERED that the parties shall file a joint status report by June 24, 2022, attaching any supplemental determination resulting from the hearing on remand. In lieu of a joint status report, either party may file a status report stating that the other party has reviewed and agreed to the content of the report.
