A single justice of this court, by order, adopted the report of a Special Master and Commissioner recommending the denial of a writ of error in which the petitioner sought the restoration of his appellate rights as a defendant in a criminal trial wherein he had been convicted of armed robbery. From the judgment entered upon the order, the petitioner took the present appeal to the full court. The judgment is affirmed for the reasons stated in the report of the Special Master and Commissioner. So ordered.
