Appeal from Superior Court, Tuolumne County; G.W. Nicol, Judge.

Mandamus proceedings by William Sweeney against J.B. Doyle, auditor of Tuolumne county, to compel the payment of petitioner’s salary. From the judgment, petitioner appeals. Affirmed.
