We GRANT appellant's November 15, 2016 motion for substitution of counsel and extension of time to file a brief and ORDER the brief to be filed no later than JANUARY 6, 2017. We further DIRECT the Clerk of the Court to remove Edward P. Shoemaker as counsel for appellant and designate Michael R. Casillas as lead counsel.
