EDWARD C. SWANSON & MARILYN L. SWANSON, Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge

On August 25, 2022, respondent filed an Answer. However, upon further review, it appears that the Answer was filed in the wrong case.

On August 30, 2022, respondent filed a Motion to Change or Correct Docket Entry. However, further review indicates that this filing appears to be more akin to a Motion to Strike.

On September 8, 2022, respondent filed a First Amendment to Answer.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Change or Correct Docket Entry, filed August 30, 2022, is recharacterized as respondent's Motion to Strike. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Strike, filed August 30, 2022, is granted in that respondent's Answer, filed August 25, 2022, is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record and shall not be viewable as part of this case. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's First Amendment to Answer, filed September 8, 2022, is recharacterized as respondent's Answer.
