Marcus Sutton, pro se, Appellant.

A. Robert Whaley, General Counsel, and Louis A. Gutierrez, Assistant General Counsel, Tallahassee, for Appellee Florida Unemployment Appeals Commission.

PER CURIAM.

Appellee's motion to dismiss is granted. The October 28, 2011, decision of the Unemployment Appeals Commission, which is the subject of this appeal, found appellant qualified for the receipt of unemployment benefits. Accordingly, this appeal is hereby dismissed as the appellant lacks standing to appeal issues of employer chargeability which are not adverse to him.

VAN NORTWICK, THOMAS, and ROWE, JJ., concur.
