Appeals, Nos. 409 to 414, inclusive, Jan. T., 1974, from orders of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Nos. 7400-0580, 7400-0581, 7400-0585, and 7400-0588, Misc. Dkt. of 1974, in re petition of the County Board of Elections for realignment — 40th Ward. Orders affirmed.

Proceedings upon petitions by Philadelphia County Board of Elections for realignment of election districts. Before DOTY, J.

Orders and opinion filed dismissing five petitions and granting four petitions, with one petition being withdrawn by petitioner. Objectors appealed to the Commonwealth Court, which transferred the appeals to the Supreme Court.
