This case for the redetermination of a deficiency is before the Court on respondent's motion for continuance, filed April 5, 2024. A hearing was conducted on the motion when the case was recalled from the calendar on May 8, 2024, in New York, New York. Counsel for respondent appeared and argued in support of the motion. Ashraf Yunayev, an officer of petitioner, assisted by Yana Agoureev, a professional interpreter, appeared and had no objection to the motion.

Premises considered, and for cause appearing more fully in the transcript of the above-referenced proceedings, it is

ORDERED that respondent's motion is granted, and this case is continued generally.
