This case is calendared for remote trial on July 19, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. (ET). Pending before the Court is (1) respondent's Motion for Partial Summary Judgment, filed March 8, 2023, to which the Court ordered petitioner to file any objection on or before March 30, 2023, and (2) the Court's Order to Show Cause, served May 18, 2023, to which the Court ordered petitioner to show cause on or before June 6, 2023, why respondent's proposed stipulation of facts should not be admitted. To date, the Court has received no response from petitioner to either the motion for partial summary judgment, or the Order to Show Cause. Premises considered, it is
ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Partial Summary Judgment, filed March 8, 2023 and the Court's Order to Show Cause, served May 18, 2023, are calendared for hearing at the remote special trial session of the Court scheduled to commence on July 19, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. (ET).
