DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the respondent, inter alia, for an expedited briefing schedule and a preference in the calendaring of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered April 23, 2012.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branches of the motion which are for an expedited briefing schedule and a preference in the calendaring of the appeal are granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appeal shall be perfected on or before August 17, 2012; and it is further,

ORDERED that the respondent shall serve and file a brief, if any, on or before September 7, 2012; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellants shall serve and file their reply brief, if any, on or before September 14, 2012; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appeal shall be calendared after all of the briefs have been filed; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
