Before the Court is Sun Belt Transportation's March 1, 2017 motion to dismiss this appeal. The motion states that Sun Belt Transportation has settled this matter with Stevens Transport and wants to voluntarily dismiss the appeal. We grant the motion. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.1(a)(1).
We dismiss this appeal.
