ORDER

Per curiam:

Jeffrey Sumners ("Sumners") appeals from the Circuit Court of Saline County's judgment denying Sumners's amended Rule 29.15 motion for post-conviction relief. We affirm pursuant to Rule 84.16. The parties have been furnished with a memorandum for their information, setting forth the reasons for the order affirming the judgment. Rule 84.16(b).
