ORDER

PER CURIAM.

Summit Pointe, LC appeals the circuit court's entry of a directed verdict in favor of the St. Andrews Master Association in a breach of contract action. St. Andrews Master Association cross-appeals from the circuit court's denial of its request for attorney's fees. We have reviewed the briefs of the parties and the record on appeal, and we conclude the circuit court committed no reversible error. An extended opinion would have no precedential value. The parties have been provided with a memorandum for their information only, setting forth the reasons for this order. The decision is affirmed. Mo. R. Civ. P. 84.16(b) 2022.
