An Article 78 proceeding having been transferred to this Court, pursuant to CPLR 7804 (g), by order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about January 03, 2019,
And an order of this Court having been entered on January 14, 2020 (M-8674) vacating the dismissal of the proceeding, extending petitioner's time in which to perfect the proceeding to the June 2020 Term of this Court, and denying petitioner's application for poor person relief, with leave to renew, upon petitioner's compliance with CPLR 1101 and 22 NYCRR 1250.4 (d) (1) and (2), And an order of this Court having been entered on May 13, 2021 (M-1255) granting petitioner's application for poor person relief to the extent of, inter alia, permitting the proceeding to be heard on the original record and upon a reproduced petitioner's brief, and dispensing with the payment of the required fee for the subpoena and filing of the record, And petitioner having moved for an order granting leave to renew her application for poor person relief, to vacate the dismissal of the proceeding and, upon reinstatement, for an extension of time in which to perfect the proceeding,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied.
