This case was continued from the March 15, 2021, Denver, Colorado, remote trial session, and jurisdiction was retained by the undersigned.

On September 7, 2021, the parties filed a joint status report in which they indicated that the parties have reached a basis for settlement. The parties request 60 days to file a stipulated decision with the Court. We will grant the relief. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that, on or before November 8, 2021, the parties shall file stipulated decision documents or a joint status report indicating the then-present status of this case.
