This case is set for trial at the Tax Court's trial session in St. Louis beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, October 24, 2022. The Commissioner filed a pretrial memorandum in compliance with our standing pretrial order served June 24, 2022, but so far we have not received a pretrial memorandum (nor any other filing) from petitioner Vincent W. Sullivan. We have attempted to contact Mr. Sullivan by telephone to set up a telephone conference between the judge and the parties, but so far we have not been able to reach Mr. Sullivan. It is

ORDERED that immediately upon receipt of this order, and in any event no later than October 13, 2022, Mr. Sullivan shall telephone (at 202-521-0850) the Chambers Administrator of the judge signing this order, in order to schedule a telephone conference.
