ORDER

KATHLEEN KERRIGAN CHIEF JUDGE

Upon due consideration of the record in this case, it is

ORDERED that, on or before December 13, 2023, respondent shall confer with petitioner regarding the progress of this case, including the status of petitioner's incarceration. The Court encourages the parties to cooperate and communicate with one another by telephone, electronical means, or another appropriate means, and to exchange documents and information, and to prepare this case for trial or other resolution, so that the parties can resolve among themselves any issues that can be resolved without the Court's involvement. Respondent shall use the means at his reasonable disposal to confer with petitioner on the progress of the case. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before January 4, 2024, respondent shall file a status report that describes the current progress in the case, including the status of petitioner's incarceration, what actions the parties have taken to prepare this case for trial or other resolution, and of the issues raised in this matter.
