Motion by 33 Gramercy Park South Corp. to strike appeal from the calendar of this court granted unless appellants serve and file the following additional printed papers for insertion in the record on appeal on or before October 21, 1961: (a) judgment of foreclosure and sale, (b) Referee's report of sale including the documents as recited in the order of December 22, 1959 appealed from, and (c) the Referee's deed.
