SCHEDULING ORDER

Appeals by Kevin C. from two orders of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated December 8, 2011, and December 14, 2011, respectively. Pursuant to § 670.4(a)(2) of the rules of this Court (see 22 NYCRR 670.4[a][2]), it is

ORDERED that the time of the attorney for the child to serve and file a brief on the appeals is enlarged until August 27, 2012; and it is further,

ORDERED that no further enlargement of time shall be granted.
