This case was calendared for trial during the Court's December 5, 2022, New York, New York, trial session. On October 7, 2022, the parties filed a Joint Motion for Continuance of Trial (Doc. 17). By Order served October 11, 2022, among other things, the parties' Joint Motion for Continuance of Trial was granted, and the undersigned judge retained jurisdiction.

On July 10, 2023, the parties filed a Joint Status Report (Doc. 34). Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before September 12, 2023, the parties shall file a joint report with the Court (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the case. The report shall include mutually agreeable proposed trial dates and the anticipated length of trial.
