It is ordered that the branch of the motion seeking vacatur of the dismissal and reinstatement of the aforesaid appeals is denied as unnecessary, and so much of the motion seeking an extension of time to perfect the aforesaid appeals is granted and the time to perfect same is extended to the June 2024 Term of this Court.
