Following review of the petition for writ of prohibition and the response and reply thereto, it is ordered that said petition is hereby denied.

Petitioner and his counsel are ordered to show cause within ten (10) days why sanctions should not be imposed under § 57.105 and Florida Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.410.
