    ¶ 11. The Plaintiffs rely on the case of Stuart v. Smith 344 So.2d 127 (Miss. 1977), for their contention that the cemetery should be confined to the .51 acre. They argue that Stuart instructs that "the dimensions . . . [of] the actual burial ground [should] govern." We disagree.
