DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Motion by the respondents, inter alia, to consolidate appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered November 18, 2010, and June 20, 2011, respectively, and to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief with respect to the appeal from the order entered November 18, 2010.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to serve and file a respondents' brief with respect to the appeal from the order entered November 18, 2010 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2011-00494), is granted, the respondents' time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until March 19, 2012, and the respondents' brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant's time to perfect the appeal from the order entered June 20, 2011(Appellate Division Docket No. 2011-07825), is enlarged until April 16, 2012; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals will be calendared together and will be argued or submitted on the same day.
