ORDER
At a scheduling hearing held by telephone on June 11, 2008, plaintiff appeared by his newly-retained counsel, Amy F. Scarr. Defendants were represented by Jennifer Sloan Lattis and Monica Burkert-Brist. Defendant Kelly A. Vitense appeared on her own behalf, without counsel.
Counsel agreed that the case could be scheduled for trial on the week beginning September 8, 2008. The final pretrial conference will take place on Thursday, September 4, 2008, at 4:00 p.m. Final pretrial submissions are to be filed with the court no later than Friday, August 29, 2008. (If defendants wish to rely on previously-submitted materials, they are free to do so. Unless they file additional materials, I will assume they are relying on their earlier submissions.)
