ORDER

On May 16, 2024, the Court issued its Memorandum Opinion (T.C. Memo. 2024-58). Pending in this case is a Motion to Quash or Modify Subpoena Issued to Karen B. Brenner, filed June 9, 2014, at Docket Index No. 92. By Orders dated June 9, 2014, June 19, 2014, and July 25, 2014, the Court granted the Motion in part and held further action related to the subpoena duces tecum served on Ms. Brenner in abeyance pending further direction of the Court. As the case was subsequently tried and submitted, action on the remainder of the Motion is moot.

The foregoing considered, it is

ORDERED that so much of the Motion to Quash or Modify Subpoena Issued to Karen B. Brenner, filed June 9, 2014, that remains pending is denied as moot nunc pro tunc as of August 7, 2014.
