Appeal, No. 9, May T., 1974, from order of Commonwealth Court, No. 272 C.D. 1971, in case of John A. Frei et al. v. Unemployment Compensation Board of Review and Stroehmann Brothers Company. Appeal dismissed.

Appeal by claimants to Commonwealth Court from decision of Unemployment Compensation Board of Review.

Appeal sustained and order of Unemployment Compensation Board of Review reversed, opinion by WILKINSON, JR., J., from which BOWMAN, P. J. and MENCER, J., dissented. Appeal by employer to Supreme Court allowed.
