An appeal having been taken to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about January 15, 2021,
And petitioners-appellants having moved for a preliminary injunction enjoining respondents-respondents from acting on behalf of the organization, as set forth in a proposed order annexed to the moving papers, pending the hearing and determination of the aforesaid appeal,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
