ORDER

This case is calendared for trial at the session of the Court to be conducted in person commencing Tuesday, September 6, 2022, in Fresno, California. On July 29, 2022, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision. The caption reflected on that decision is incorrect and accordingly, the Court will strike the parties' decision.

For cause, it is

ORDERED that parties' Proposed Stipulated Decision filed July 29, 2022, at Docket Entry Index No. 008, is hereby stricken from the record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before August 22, 2022, the parties shall file a revised Stipulated Decision reflecting the correct caption of this case. If the parties are unable to file a revised decision, the parties shall file a joint status report (or separate reports if this is not possible) of the then-present status of this case.
