Judgment unanimously reversed, on the law and on the facts, and a new trial ordered on the grounds of excessiveness of both the compensatory and punitive damages, with costs to abide the event, unless plaintiff stipulates to accept $1,500 as compensatory damages and $2,500 as punitive damages, in which event the judgment as so modified, is affirmed, with costs to the appellant. Settle order on notice.
