The summary judgments dismissing the plaintiffs' claims under 42 U.S.C. § 1983, and G.L.c. 12, § 11I, are affirmed; the judgments against the city and Geaney are reversed; and the matter is remanded to Superior Court for entry of judgment in favor of the city and Geaney on all of the plaintiffs' claims.
