ORDER
On December 22, 2003, the Court issued an opinion in this matter, affirming the Appellant's conviction.
Having reviewed the matter and on its own motion, the Court now vacates and holds for naught the opinion issued on December 22, 2003. A new opinion will be issued in due course.
The Court directs the Clerk of the Court to send certified copies of this order to the West Publishing Company and to all other companies, services and individuals to whom published opinions are normally sent, in addition to sending a copy to all parties.
