ORDER
Stockdick Land Company, Stephen N. Riner, and Wade N. Riner (appellants/cross-appellees) filed a notice of appeal from the trial court's May 2, 2017 order. Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Indenture Trustee, and Carrington Mortgage Services, LLC (appellees/cross-appellants) filed a cross-appeal from the same order. The parties filed an agreed motion to set a briefing schedule and motion for extension of time for appellants/cross-appellees to file their opening brief. The motion is granted. Accordingly, we order the following:
• The opening brief for appellants/cross-appellees is due February 19, 2018;
• The combined appellees'/cross-appellants' brief is due April 5, 2018;
• The combined cross-appellees'/appellants' reply brief is due May 21, 2018; and
• The reply brief for appellees/cross-appellants is due June 20, 2018.
The aggregate briefing for (1) appellants/cross-appellees and (2) appellees/cross-appellants shall not exceed 34,500 words.
