ORDER DISMISSING APPEALS
Docket No. 54781 is an appeal from a district court judgment in a contract action, and Docket No. 55119 is an appeal from post-judgment orders awarding attorney fees and costs. Second Judicial District Court, Washoe County; Brent T. Adams, Judge.
On November 1, 2010, respondent/appellant Jerry Brubaker filed a motion to dismiss both appeals. Brubaker maintains that during a Chapter 7 bankruptcy proceeding, the bankruptcy trustee sold all of the bankruptcy estate's appellate rights, which included the appellate rights of appellant/respondent The Stock 1999 Revocable Trust, to Brubaker. A copy of the bankruptcy order approving the sale of The Stock 1999 Revocable Trust's appellate rights to Brubaker has been attached to the motion to dismiss. The motion is unopposed.
Having reviewed the unopposed motion to dismiss, we grant the motion and
ORDER the appeals in Docket No. 54781 and Docket No. 55119 DISMISSED.
