Order so far as appealed from modified by permitting the examination to proceed as to items 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 8 of the notice of examination, and by striking from said notice the items 6, 7, 9 and 10; and as so modified affirmed, without costs. The examination to proceed at a time and place to be fixed by the justice sitting at Special Term, Part 2. No opinion.
