ORDER
In accordance with the Memorandum Opinion entered contemporaneously herewith, it is hereby ORDERED that the Motion for Summary Judgment filed by defendants Solutia, Inc. and Monsanto Company is GRANTED. Defendants' Motion to Substitute Exhibit B to Helen Nellings Affidavit is also GRANTED. This action is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. Costs are taxed against the plaintiff.
The Clerk is DIRECTED to file in the record the memoranda submitted in support of and in opposition to the Motion for Summary Judgment.
