ORDERED that appellees' motion to dismiss appeal is granted, and this appeal from the Circuit Court for Miami–Dade County, Florida is hereby dismissed as taken from a non-final, nonappealable order.

On the Court's own motion, appellees' cross-appeal is hereby dismissed. See Breakstone v. Baron's of Surfside, Inc., 528 So.2d 437, 439 (Fla. 3d DCA 1988).
